my approach

I serve aging and disabled individuals and their families, helping people who are coping with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, retirement, medical illness, adverse circumstances, and the end of life. I embrace neurologic diversity and serve those with dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and other conditions to enable the best possible functioning and highest possible quality of life.

Everything feels so different after a loss, a transition, an illness. In the therapeutic space we will put one foot in front of another, navigate loss, go with change, and solve difficult problems. I would be honored to support and guide you in creating the "new normal."

For people desiring to increase safety in the home and to enable impaired adults to live safely in their preferred environment as long as possible, I offer a proactive and flexible consultation service.
